Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role. Strong understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with relevant technologies and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
